NEAR NORTH SIDE/ RIVER NORTH - First built in the 1960's by the Mafco Company. This lovely building has a 758,000 square feet shopping mall and 74 story skyscraper. The crowds get so big most retail stores hold shops just outside the Water Tower as well. Store from Abercrombie & Fitch, American Eagle Outfitters, Ann Taylor, and much more.
Buckingham Fountain

NEAR NORTH SIDE/ RIVER NORTH - The Buckingham Fountain was dedicated by Kate Buckingham on August 26, 1927 in remembrance of her brother Clarence Buckingham. The fountain runs for 20 minutes every hour. There are 133 jets that push out 14, 000 gallons of water per minute. The fountain holds 1.5 million gallons of water. At night music and a light show go along with the water display.
